Grocery store gets “monkey business” from local soccer players

20061021_jjFAIRFIELD – While shopping at your local grocery store for European cheese, you might walk under a fire truck hovering over 1,000 bottles of hot sauce. Not exactly your typical grocery trip, but for the people of Fairfield, Ohio it is not unusual.

Phill Adams, 39, the director of development at Jungle Jim’s International Market says,” At Jungle Jims, we emphasize experiencing food through a fun and energetic atmosphere.”

Adams plans to bring that experience to the soccer community this weekend at the Go-o-o-oarilla Classic, formerly known as The Cincinnati West Soccer Classic. According to Adams, Jungle Jim’s plans on taking the tournament to a different level than other tournaments across the nation with deeper community ties and entertainment. Jungle Jim’s is throwing a free party at the store for all the soccer players at the Classic.

Jim’s is also opening their new event center just in time for the tournament.
